Shipping & Delivery

Carriers and shipping costs are determined based on weight, size, and zone. Once your order has been placed, one of our customer service representatives will call you to confirm your order and the total cost (including shipping).

DOMESTIC (CANADA)

For our Canadian customers, we normally ship using CANPAR REGULAR or the CANPAR option that is cheapest to our customers. If CANPAR is unavailable, we ship using CANADA POST. *If you would like to use a different carrier, please communicate that through your Order Notes and we will make the necessary changes. 

USA

For our US customers, we normally ship using USPS. *If you would like to use a different carrier, please communicate that through your Order Notes and we will make the necessary changes.

INTERNATIONAL

For our international customers, we choose the cheapest most reliable carrier, based on where the order is being shipped. *If you would like to use a different carrier, please communicate that through your Order Notes and we will make the necessary changes.
